myMBSA: A Comprehensive App for Shah Alam Residents
myMBSA is a new initiative developed by Majlis Bandaraya Shah Alam, exclusively for Shah Alam residents. This comprehensive app offers a wide range of services and features to cater to the needs of the community.
The app allows users to register for a myMBSA account, which grants them access to various services. One of the key features is myLOYALTY, where users can earn reward points for attending MBSA events. Simply scan the QR code provided at each event to accumulate points.
For individuals with outstanding payments, mySEKAT provides a convenient way to check outstanding bills and make payments. Additionally, myCUKAI allows property owners to view and pay property tax bills, as well as search for property information.
The app also offers mySEWAAN, enabling users to view rental premises available for booking and make rental payments. For those with traffic fines, myKOMPAUN allows users to check their fines, search for specific fines, and make payments.
Other features include myLESEN for license-related services, myTEMPAHAN for booking of Tong RORO, myKPM for food handling permits, myPPM for food premises grading, myCAGARAN for checking and printing of guarantees, myBIL for viewing and printing bills, and myBAYARAN for making account-related payments.
Please note that the app is still in the testing phase, but it shows great potential in streamlining various administrative processes for Shah Alam residents.
